The Magic Mouse 2, while a needed update, was a little underwhelming. The Magic Trackpad 2 got Force Touch, yet for some reason the Magic Mouse wasn't invited to the party.

The biggest change is the fact that the mouse, like all their new devices, are rechargeable. No longer requiring those AA batteries, it is able to be juiced up using a standard lightning cable.
